All first time users must contact the TRACS Transportation Call Center at (919) 212-7005 or ART at (919) 996-3459 and register or establish an account prior to your first online or first telephone request.

TRACS/WCTS continually strives to deliver on-time services for its customers, however customers seeking to use TRACS/WCTS for ongoing employment purposes may find that because of the high demand for services and limited funding TRACS/WCTS may not be their best option. Check Status or Cancel A Ride
To check on the status of your ride or to cancel your ride please call 919-996-4444. You may also leave a voice mail at least one (1) hour prior to your scheduled pick up to cancel service by calling 919-996-4444.
Transportation service options on this web site are provided at a cost to the individual or to the agency/program that is sponsoring the transportation service request. This is not a free service.
